Vaccinate in Spring & booster 4 weeks after initial shot. | Every 6 months (Spring & Fall) *Since we live in an endemic area, we strongly recommend vaccination every 6 months. |
Rhinopneumonitis |
Vaccinate initially with 3 doses, 4 weeks apart. Pregnant Mares: Vaccinate at 3, 5, 7, and 9 months of gestation. |
Every 6 months if: • Horse is less than 5 years old • Horse is in contact with pregnant mares • Horse is housed at barns with frequent equine movement on and off facility • Horse attends shows frequently Otherwise, Every 12 months |
Botulism |
Vaccinate initially with 3 doses, 4 weeks apart. Pregnant Mares: Vaccinate with 3 doses, 4 weeks apart, at 8, 9, and 10 months of gestation. |
